We believe this is the 'First Principles' & the 'fundamental basis' of injection mold.

Color management in design & tolerance control in machining:
With our deep understanding of mold making & creative concept, we extract two unique color: 
- fitting tolerance: g6 / H7: used for all touching & movement surface in the mold. 
- plastic part tolerance: according to part drawing. 
Thats the color you can see in our mold design (yellow & blue). 
Very simple and more important is: it can be excuted into actual daily work! 
This bring us huge advantage for mold quality,
And maintenance (after mold relocation).
customer can order spare parts from us & put into the mold easily!

MOLD FLOW SIMULATION:
MF is a well-known CAE software used in injection mold making, 
But we're doing a little further & deeper, to add more value to our 'unique'. 
Besides to check the common problems like - pressure, air-tap, cooling time, etc., 
We're facing bigger problem everyday, especially for the parts molded with glass fiber material. 
The warpage issue is always the 'show-stopper' if we're not prepared before tooling.
'You'll be diametrically opposed the target if you choose the wrong direction.'

As showed example:
- We'll run all possible options in MF to find the best solution. 
- 'Warpage compensation' will be implemented into our tool design, with result from MF & our own experience. 
- We'll measure the parts after trial, and compare to 'Warpage compensation' to justify our work, and to get 'lesson & learn'.

In total, we have 8 - 10 experienced designers who are able to work with full 3D, CAD, CAE.
With additional design software, we're able to do make some of the work automatically, like:
  • Cooling safty distance check. 
  • Interference check. 
  • Color mark in 3D.
  • BOM export from 3D.
  • 2D drawing with dimensions.
  • etc., 
Which help us a lot for design accuracy & efficiency.
