Color management in design & tolerance control in machining:
With our deep understanding of mold making & creative concept, we extract two unique color: - fitting tolerance: g6 / H7: used for all touching & movement surface in the mold. - plastic part tolerance: according to part drawing. Thats the color you can see in our mold design (yellow & blue). Very simple and more important is: it can be excuted into actual daily work! This bring us huge advantage for mold quality, And maintenance (after mold relocation). customer can order spare parts from us & put into the mold easily! |
