100% OWN DEVELOPED 'TOOL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM' (TMS) - UNIQUE!
With our own TMS, we're able to manage all molds - ALL IN ONE:
  1. PROJECT management with all detail & necessary project information, and project development history.
  2. DESIGN management with all design work status.
  3. ORDER management: to management mold activity with different phase. (T0 / T1 / T2.... till mold shipment).
  4. MOLD management - \!/ - COMPLETE BOM list import to TMS, and assign each machining process to responsible dept. & worker.
  5. MANUFACTURING management - each dept. & worker
  6. QUALITY management \!/ - to manage all quality defects during mold development.
  7. PURCHASE management - to manage all purchase activity, include BOM components, machining, stock etc.,
  8. JOB report management - to reprot the work status by all employees, so we can manage all mold development schedule.
  • For each mold component, the last process is - quality check. It will only be released when quality check is OK.
  • For every complete mold, it will only be released for mold trial or shipment when all mold components are 'quality checked' OK.

People are always the 'core player' of molds, and treasure of the company.
Machines are tools. They can only deliver maximum performance and optimal results when operated by the right people.

MOLD TRIAL:
  • The mold will only be released for trial after when all 'quality check' is OK.
  • Full trial document will be finished & shared internally, and with customers.
  • Our engineering team will review the trial document to work out complete mold tweaking solutions, document & timeline.
Quality check before T0
Quality check before T1, T2, T...
We've defined the mold trials with specified requirement:
  • T0 trial: with stable mold function & injection process, under required cycle time.
  • T1 trial: improve part flash, dimensions, with the same parameter from T0.
  • T2 trial: improve dimensions, with the same parameter from T0.
So does all upcoming mold trial.
Important is to have stable process parameter since T0, so we don't miss basis for part quality improvement (dimensions, warpage, etc.,)
